2. I just wanted to pass on some feedback regarding the facilities and in particular the staff at the Vanguard storage center on WestFerry Road.

   
   

   The staff are always incredibly helpful and always go out of their way to help myself and my fiancee Lisa Day.

   
   

   Your team always remember our names, are always incredibly helpful and always offer to help carry our stuff too and from our lockers.

   
   

   In particular Dean is always very helpful and goes out of his way to provide a brilliant service.

   
   

   Too many times through life we only ever feel compelled to say something if we receive a bad service and never mention or let people know if we receive a good service so I thought I would change that and send you an email with my feedback.

   
   

   Just to say thanks to all the team in particular Dean and keep up the good work through 2010.

3. We have just finished a period of storage at your East London Store. We found your staff most helpful, the facilities clean & secure and we would both use the service again and recommend it to friends.

4. I HAVE A UNIT ON THE WESTFERRY SITE.AND HAVE NOTHING BUT ADMORATION FOR THE ENTIRE STAFF. MOST HELPFUL AND WILLING. THE SITE IS WONDERFUL AND CLEAN. WELL DONE!!!!!!
