Filebank operates a computerised records and inventory management system that enables the constant tracking of items in and out of storage. Your own company indexing and references can be used on the system and all information is constantly backed up with a manual shadow account running in parallel.
We maintain the recommended environmental conditions for magnetic media; celluloid films including microfiche and microfilm; and all types and ages of paper in accordance with the relevant British Standards.
Records stored in our containers are catalogued to enable us to provide you with a comprehensive audit trail and a variety of management reports tailored to your requirements. This is done in an environment of uncompromised confidentiality.
A full range of collection and retrieval options is available, with deliveries to meet specific response deadlines, and a very popular same-day service that guarantees a 2 to 4 hour delivery to locations within the M25 or M60.
