Just 10 minutes from Wembley Central Station

Vanguard Storage has over 250 5 star reviews, the most of any storage provider in Wembley. From Wembley Central Station, follow Wembley High Road up to the crossroads then turn left onto Ealing Road (A4089). Stay on Ealing Road for a mile then turn left at Alperton underground station. Turn right just before the Hanger Lane bridge at the Esso garage and follow Alperton Lane past the Sports Ground and under the railway bridge. You’ll find our West London storage centre just after the bridge on the left, you can tell it by the plane, vehicle or other remarkable object on the roof!

10 minutes away from Ealing via the A406

Vanguard Storage is an easy journey from Ealing and Hanwell. From the centre of Ealing and Ealing Broadway station, head towards Acton on Hamilton, Madeley or Uxbridge Road. Turn left onto the North Circular and cross the railway line and stay on until you reach the Hanger Lane roundabout and station. Use the second lane for Sudbury/Alperton/A4005 and take the second exit where you’ll see Wembley Stadium in the distance. Stay on the main road past McDonalds then turn left onto Alperton Lane at the petrol station, passing Currys PC World on your right. Head along Alperton Lane past Alperton Sports Ground then go under the railway bridge, then when you emerge you’ll see Vanguard Self Storage Ealing on your left.

20 minutes from Brentford

You’ve got multiple options for getting to our West London Storage centre from Brentford, with both journeys taking little more than 20 minutes.

From Brentford station turn right and follow Boston Manor Road (A3002) under the Chiswick Flyover/A4/M4. Stay on the road until you reach Hanwell, then turn right onto Uxbridge Road (A4020). At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Church Road, passing under the railway bridge. Stay on the main road (Greenford Avenue) as you head towards Greenford until you reach the River Brent and roundabout onto Ruislip Road East (B455). Turn right here and follow the river to the next roundabout and turn left (first exit) onto Argyle Road. Stay on this road up to the Perivale signage, and use the right hand lane to join the A40, signposted Central London/Wembley/A40/Perivale. Follow this in the left hand lane past the Hoover Building then you’ll see Vanguard Self Storage in the distance with an iconic vehicle, statue or prop on the roof. Turn off at the sign for N. Circular ½ mile along the B456 (Alperton Lane). Pass Costa and KFC on your right and then turn right into our West London self storage branch before the railway bridge.
You can also turn left from Brentford Station onto Windmill Road and turn right onto the A4 towards Chiswick and Hammersmith. Turn left before Chiswick Roundabout onto Larch Avenue and then left again to follow the A406 (Gunnersbury Road) towards Ealing and Wembley. Pass Ealing Common on your left and continue as the road becomes the North Circular. At Hanger Lane Gyratory, use the second lane for Sudbury/Alperton/A4005 and take the second exit – you should be able to see Wembley Stadium arches as you turn off. Drive along Alperton Lane past the sports ground and under the railway bridge then turn left into Vanguard Storage West London.

Just under 10 minutes from Perivale via the B456

From Perivale Underground Station we’re a 4 minute drive away or 5 minutes away if you’re south of the A40 along Perivale Lane.

From the station, turn left once you’ve exited the car park and head south down Horsenden Lane South. Turn left at the end of the road onto the B456 then join the A40, signposted Central London/Wembley/A40/Perivale. Follow this in the left hand lane past the Hoover Building then you’ll see Vanguard Self Storage in the distance with an iconic vehicle, statue or prop on the roof. Turn off at the sign for N. Circular ½ mile along the B456 (Alperton Lane). Pass Costa and KFC on your right and then turn right into our West London self storage branch before the railway bridge.
From Perivale Lane, head towards South Greenford and pass Hanwell Town Football Club on your right. At the crossroads / traffic lights, turn right onto Argyle Road. Use the middle or right hand lane to cross the A40 and then follow the road around to the right to join the B456. Continue to join the A40 (Western Avenue) past the Hoover Building and stay in the left hand lane for half a mile. Turn off at the sign for North Circular (M1) and you’ll see the Vanguard Park Royal storage units in front of you.

Just 5 minutes from Alperton

If you’re coming to us from Alperton tube station, turn right out of the main entrance and walk or drive under the railway bridge towards the main road. Turn left at the end of the road towards Park Royal, Ealing and A4020, heading down Ealing Road past Sainsbury’s on your right. Continue down Ealing Road until you reach Currys/PC World and the petrol station. Turn right here and follow the road for ¾ mile where you’ll find Vanguard Self Storage Park Royal under the bridge on the left.

TERRIFIC! I was left with dealing with my son's flat, as he got a job abroad. I called Vanguard because I have always admired their sense of humor when they place a helicopter, or recently a Tardis Booth on the roof of their West London Storage building (great thinking!). The really nice contact, Evelina, at Vanguard accurately estimated the the space he would need from a few pictures I sent her. We packed everything and Vanguard's two guys, filled up a van, made a stop to pick up extra stuff from my house, and then placed it in the beautifully clean space, into which everything fit, with barely a square foot to spare. They know what they are doing!

I have used Vanguard for many years and always found their service to be excellent. Today I was able to downsize the storage unit I have and the whole thing was handled brilliantly by the receptionist- no fuss or drama, just polite efficient service. No hesitation in recommending Vanguard for all storage needs. The fact that they are still a family business rather than a faceless ‘big box’ storage corporate is great and their rooftop ‘additions’ such as the Tardis, the helicopter and the WW1 tank, have added enjoyment to 1000s driving up and down the A40 over several generations.

Truly remarkable facility here. Perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness, and consideration of individual needs rather than a ‘blanket’ approach - something that it sadly lacking in many businesses nowadays. We were looking for storage for my son who was moving out of student accommodation to come home for 12 months. From the first contact with Vanguard they couldn't have been more helpful. A site visit with Kelly ensured that not only did I get a good deal on my storage, but she also arranged for Kevin to come and move us to both storage unit and home. On the day, Kevin arrived promptly and took really good care of everything - he obviously knows his stuff, and is a demon when packing things into a small space, but also packing things to travel safely. I cannot recommend Vanguard enough, especially Kelly and Kevin who were fantastic, good humoured and providing extremely good customer service. I have been a customer at Vanguard Storage for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about them. It's easy to park and access. It's always kept clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and will always help you with your things and even offer you a cup tea if you are there for a while. Special shout out to Kelly. She was so helpful with all the paperwork and continues to welcome me with a huge smile every time I go there.Highly recommend

Clean and modern office area. I was also offered a choice of hot drinks from the coffee machine along with an oat bar. Not bad at all. Keep up the great service and customer care will most definitely recommend to friends.

Bought some tape and some boxes. Initially thought the pricing was a bit expensive, soon realised it was worth it as I managed to fit my items and transport without any trouble. The branded boxes are very strong and hold more than I expected. The team who were present at the time were super friendly and also offered me tea/coffee. Great atmosphere.

We have been using this facility for around 4months now and couldn't be happier. Kevin who helped us move in was a god send as not only was he very informative but very tall, so could assist with all our needs (we gave him a gift to thank him, he was that great). I believe he's been there for 20yrs plus so even gave us the back story. Kelly who's more on the front desk and gives reminders etc is awesome, not too pushy and gets it done. 5 stars all round!

We drove around a few storage places before choosing Vanguard on the A40. We were greeted with a friendly smile by a guy named Richard McMahon who answered all our questions and was very patient. He even made an effort with our little kids who were getting restless. We used Vanguard for about 4 months and each time we visited and he was there he treated us with the same professionalism as if it was our first visit.The service and prices were impressive we recommended it to a few friends and family members and they also received the same great service.

I wish to commend Kevin on his care in managing and looking after my possessions while in storage with Vanguard over a three year period. At all times he did an excellent job, handled and arranged things carefully and helped me with many moves of items back and forth and around. He always did his utmost to keep them safe and also to judge and optimise the size of unit for the amount of items. Finally he oversaw the moving of everything out of Vanguard and back to my home. Great job.

Everyone at Vanguard West have been extremely helpful and efficient over the last three years whilst we went globe-trotting. All our possessions were delivered back to our home today by Kevin and Peter who were very helpful and professional. The off-loading was completed in less than an hour and they moved the boxes to the designated rooms quickly and carefully, so many thanks guys.I can offer an unreserved recommendation to Vanguard West and will use them again without hesitation, should the need arise.

Vanguard storage at Greenford is a world class storage facility. It is in my opinion without a doubt the best storage facility in West London. The entire team at Greenford from the Manager Bruno, Assistant Manager Richard, Kelly, Kevin and Gerry have been so welcoming and helpful. The entire team is always ready and willing to help you in whatever means required. The storage facility is also very clean and maintained to a very high standard. Good ample parking and great access to unloading and loading. Finally the rates for storage is also very competitively priced against the competition. I would highly recommend this storage facility from short term to long term storage!

We've never stored anything here but they have a World War 1 British tank on the roof. I think it's a Mark IV but I'm happy for someone more knowledgeable to correct me.

We have used Vanguard for almost a year to store excess stuff when de-cluttering house prior to selling. They have been unfailingly helpful from beginning to end. At the start, they assisted with choosing the right size and location of unit, advice on how to get maximum use of the space and help with loading/unloading the car. Billing was simple, quick, clear and done month after month without error. The facility is easy to access, feels safe and secure, is clean and damp free. Unlike some facilities we have used in the past, they acknowledge your presence which not only makes you feel welcome but also increases your sense of safety whilst you're on the site and makes you feel your stuff is in good hands once you leave site. They also provided good quality packing materials. All the staff are cheerful, willing, polite, helpful and efficient - in a world where this is no longer the norm, this is quite an achievement! Great roof displays too which we've enjoyed for many years. Forget the rest, select the best!
