    I want to give a shout out to Mamun, who really went above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations for good customer service. He responded immediately to my online enquiry, both leaving a voicemail message and sending me an email. When I was running late to open my account and drop off the boxes for storage he volunteered to stay longer to help. The whole check in experience was so smooth, he listened to my needs and adjusted my quote to make sure I only pay for what I need. Finally he was so incredibly attentive to ensure I was comfortable with finding my locker and being able to let myself in and out of the storage. Can’t recommend Vanguard and Mamun in particular enough!

    Well organised storage facility. In particular, Ryan was particularly helpful - he helped me check in remotely and the process was quick and efficient. Zak helped me transport my stuff, he was punctual and very friendly and professional. The entire process was extremely smooth and stress free and has to be one of the most positive experiences I had moving.

    The staff are very helpful and friendly, the place is very safe and secured with cctv cameras , It is very clean. Different sizes storage rooms and the prices are affordable. We have been with them for the last 5 years and still happy with their service.

    Mamun and Ryan are very professional, they are also friendly and helpful to me . At first I rented a storage with them, then I wanted to transfer to locker, they took care of it and immediately notified me today for the locker’s availability.I also like receiving email notification from them whenever my parcel was delivered to them.Locker’s very spacious as well.

    Very pleased with the overall booking experience. Ryan was incredibly helpful and professional, had me come round to view the storage spaces available to see which was the best thing for my items. Very impressed with the facility and security of the unit. Ryan was incredibly efficient and courteous and was able to help me with my last minute booking.Also, he recommended Zak from Bakaa Vans to move my belongings since the van fits into the underground lot which a lot of vans can’t. Zak was tremendously helpful helping me load and unload the van, and was super quick in doing so. Am definitely going to contact him again for future removals. Thanks!

    Used Zak from Baaka Vans as recommended by Vanguard to move my goods to storage. Absolutely incredible. Nothing was too much trouble.I had to move 2 large artworks plus household items from 2 hours outside central London firstly to a central London apartment to drop the artworks and then the remainder to Vanguard storage. The problem was the van that was large enough to take the artworks was too large for the underground Vanguard storage. This did not phase Zak who arranged for a large truck to collect everything from the first collection point, drop the artworks to central London apartment where a smaller truck was waiting. The remaining items were offloaded to the smaller truck and then taken to my storage unit in Soho and patiently unloaded and stacked to perfection in my unit. All this was done with patience and a smile despite London traffic and no parking permitted outside my apartment - Zak found a way around every obstacle.Cannot recommend highly enough. A huge shout out to Zak and his team!!

    Ryan and his team deliver an amazing service. Set up was easy with how to videos, information and photos They are always contactable and willing to offer help whenever needed. They also introduced me to Zak @BakaaVans who helped me move from A to B. Zak stayed in contact throughout the process and sent videos once the job was completed.     Vanguard storage is a great option. The staff there are very helpful and everything is very easily accessible and practical. The measures for safety and convenience make it that way and I had a good experience. Zak was also very helpful with the moving process. Highly reccomend.

    Booked a space here after seeing their website and convenience. I can say that it's very safe, clean, and the staff is very helpful. Also no humidity in the units which is very important for long term. I then booked the company they work with for moving, which was very easy and actually for central London the price was very good and the staff did a great job. Overall great experience.

    Using Vanguard Self Storage was cheap, easy, and incredibly convenient! It was a life-saver as we were in a pinch with some time between flats. The staff were especially helpful and went above and beyond! Ben in particular was really helpful on check-in. He answered all of my questions and were able to accommodate my particular needs. They were flexible about the term (as I just needed 8 days) and were able to only charge me for that amount of time. They were also able to book me a storage unit immediately on the same day. Finally, they were really helpful in directing me how to get a taxi to come down to the entrance to retrieve my bags. (The storage is on the 3rd basement level inside a parking garage, so cabs have to get a parking ticket to get in but there is a validation machine inside so as to avoid a charge.) I would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you Vanguard!

    Thank you Vanguard Storage for all your help. I enquired about renting a locker to store luggage for 3 weeks and the team were fantastic. After enquiring online I got a call from one of the team members within minutes to explain everything and give me a quote. Ryan from the Oxford Circus branch helped me get set up with the unit and even went out of his way to send me videos explaining how to access the unit as I could only access my unit after hours. The storage facility is of the highest standard with access codes to enter the building, CTVV and an alarm system. The experience was very smooth, I will absolutely be back and recommend Vanguard for all your storage needs!

    I cannot emphasize strongly enough how friendly and helpful the people who worked here are! What would’ve been a very stressful move was made much easier by how easy they made everything.     Vanguard Self Storage is a great storage company. The person in charge of my branch is particularly helpful. Ryan picks up call/replies to email speedily, and there is no hassle during my entire self storage period with them. The warehouse itself is clean and cool, despite London’ summer now is 30 degree. Security is high - you set up your own password to enter the warehouse plus you lock the unit. I will recommend Vanguard for sure.

    I'd like to thank you here to all the helpful staff at Vanguard Self Storage in W1, They are the best. Since use it as a company storage, we always have lots of delivery coming to the storage, sometimes a huge pallet, sometimes a huge machine.     It was honestly the best experience I could ever ask for. Ryan and the others went truly above and beyond at all times to make sure that I was not only satisfied, but happy and taken care of. When I was leaving the UK for a few months, and due to some unexpected circumstances of needing to get a storage unit, get all my stuff in, and then on a plane in less than 24hrs. Ryan did everything in his power to make it a smooth transition for me. Reassuring me that my items would be taken care of, and secured during my journey away. I would absolutely suggest the Vanguard Storage on Queen Anne Mews, because it truly becomes not only money well spent, but a reassurance that real genuine great customer service still exist.     Cannot recommend this storage place enough! Apart from great location, service and safety, Ryan has been absolutely incredible with helping me out. Starting from moving my things from one locker to another while I was in a different country to being incredibly patient and understanding with all of my personal complications due to the current situation between Russia and Ukraine.     As almost all of the other reviews mention, Ryan and Ben are fantastic examples of brilliant customer service and really nice guys. They'll go above and beyond for their customers and always with a smile and good conversation.The storage location itself can be a little confusing to get into for the first time as the entrance is inside a public car park, but I gave the contact number a call and Ryan came and unlocked the doors for me. Set up was simple and easy, then entrance to the storage space is all done through personal PIN. Inside, the facilities are clean with good sized corridors, no squeezing through narrow walkways!

    Top storage facility in London, the location is fantastic.     I used to live here before i met my third wife Lindsey and moved back to the countryside. People are often surprised when i tell them that i used to live in London. "how much did that cost you" they ask. The answer: just about £5000 a year. I love to look at the shock on their face as i answer their question; and they always follow with this same question ;) "How on G-D's green earth did you live in central London for £5000 a year?" Simple, i didn't buy or rent any of those overpriced apartments and houses, i lived in a storage unit. This storage unit, to be exact!This is a prime piece of real-estate and i really loved living here, just a short walk away from Mayfair, lovely job. I lived in a 40sq ft storage unit/ apartment, it was thantastic, i had everything i would ever need: Bed, Barbecue, Baby wipes. Simple living.I lived in London during a brief period in my life; in between my second marriage, and my third marriage. Those were the second best days of my life, second only, to my time in the Royal Marines. There will always be a special place in my heart for W1 Self Storage in Central London.

    I recently rented a storage space here on behalf of my employer and I can't recommend it highly enough. The best thing is absolutely the staff - I dealt with Alastair who I found to be efficient and helpful well over and above the call of duty. It was also the cheapest locker I found in Central London. The location is very central and easy to get to and the security is very impressive. I have no doubts about the safety of the items being stored, and would heartily recommend Vanguard W1 to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, Central London storage facility, with the bonus of top notch staff.

    I’ve been truly impressed by W1 Vanguard Storage. The easy-to-access location near Oxford Circus was perfect and the highly secured/monitored facility made me feel my belongings were in the best care. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional and provided excellent customer survive. From location to high tech security to the excellent customer service, I always left my storage unit confident I made the right choice storing at W1 Storage.     THIS STORAGE SPACE IS VERY MODERN, CLEAN AND SECURE. REASONABLY PRICED UNITS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED IN CENTRAL LONDON. TO TOP IT ALL OFF THE FRIENDLY STAFF PROVIDED ME WITH A++ CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND VANGUARD TO ANYONE IN NEED OF STORAGE IN LONDON.

    I had a great experience with W1 self storage. The staff, especially Joao, were very helpful, professional, and timely with correspondence. The units (in the basement of a garage) were relatively clean, dry, and secure. I will use them again if needed.

    Amazing place, amazing service, amazing location. Communication was easy and fast, all our questions were answered promptly. Alistair Allman was beyond helpful, welcoming, and cooperative. He walked us through the process, recommended certain services, explained procedures and was extremely patient with our many questions. We were looking for a storage service as we prepared my daughter for university and are very happy to have chosen them. We highly recommend their services. Thank you Alistair for all your help.

    While I was looking for a temp storage my only resource at the time was Google maps..called a few places and chose W1 Self Storage.I'm happy I did. Everyone was super friendly, the location is convenient, access is easy and the storage facility is clean.     Super useful storage based in the HEART of London. It’s easy to access with a car, and they have 2 months at -50% when you start a contract with them. I didn’t use all the days I had paid for and got a refund and my deposit back smoothly, thanks Jay!!

    I've had the pleasure of working with Jay for the last two months at Vanguard.. I couldn't ask for or imagine a better point of contact - he is consistently helpful, addressing all of my queries and requests immediately (and there have been MANY!), taking stress out of managing storage for our constantly-fluctuating needs.. Honestly, it is the most pain-free experience I have ever dealt with when it comes to working with vendors.. I highly recommend using Vanguard for ANY storage needs..

    Amazing service and very friendly staff. They helped with my storage at a very short period of time, and really appreciate the flexibility they are offering to make sure I have a secured unit. Clean and safe storage in Central London, I do highly recommend it. The only issue I had was the height restriction in the carpark, it didn't allow Luton vans to drive inside and park right outside the storage, but speak to the staff there and they are happy to offer solutions. Make sure to mention this to the man & van or removal companies too so they have an idea. It worked out fine for me with the loading, just took a little longer.

    Was a super nice visit. The customer service was excellent - I was received by a young lady named Amal - she was a very lovely lad. I came in at the start of my visit somewhat stressed, but she answered all my queries, and even helped give me some personal advise (my boyfriend cheated on me countless times and he had the audacity to kick ME out). Anyway, I didn't have anywhere to stay and all this extra stuff with no idea where to store it, but coming here really saved my life. Will definitely visit again! And will definitely recommend to others!

    Very well run and managed storage facility with excellent security in Central London. I have been a customer for a couple of years now and have always found the organisation and efficiency to be first class. I have primarily dealt with Joao for whom nothing is ever too much trouble.
