Vanguard opens its 6th store on Church Road in Bristol.
The site was formerly a builder’s merchant and a petrol station before coming a Shiner skateboard distribution warehouse. Vanguard retained one of the Shiner buildings and added a warehouse extension combining glazing and polycarbonate to create a 60,000 sq. ft. self-store. Vanguard obtained planning for a residential development at the rear of the site.
The self-store also houses an immaculately restored F3 English Electric Lightning Jet plane.
