I can’t recommend Vanguard Self Storage more; absolutely fantastic !! Knowing nothing about self-storage units and in the process of clearing my late fathers house and moving myself, I rang and initially dealt with Marc who talked me through what was available, what might suit and explained it to me in an easy to understand and very polite way - absolutely lovely.On arrival at the storage unit I then dealt with Adam, who was absolutely fantastic and has been an absolute pleasure to deal with; amenable, polite, couldn’t be more helpful and just a fab person to have working their.Can’t thank Adam and Marc enough. The place is extremely convenient and all the staff are very friendly. Prices are very competitive and they don’t overcharge you for things you don’t need, security is on point and so is the cleanliness. While they don’t have some facilities offered by competitors the service provided by Adam (one of the staff) to me and my partner when we came to look at the storage is what won us over. He made it extremely welcoming and headache free and made us feel as if the staff were very supportive and make business easier for those using these units for business storage (which is definitely true!). In terms of pricing and staff and customer service you will not be disappointed you get exactly what you pay for if not more!

The team over at Vanguard is excellent. The booking process was very easy, they beat a few other prices of storage companies nearby. The facilities are excellent, they always have carts available for loading/unloading, the elevators are huge, lots of space for trucks or vans. Adam and Dean were great to work with (and safe!) when checking out of my unit in the midst of a huge COVID-19 wave in London. Highly recommended.

Having spent many frustrating years at a competitor of Vanguard, we were quite nervous about the move. We needed a lot of help, especially with logistics and our current provider (I won't tell you who they are but they sound like "Yig Bellow") were just not up to the job.I can't articulate how brilliant each and every member of staff is at Vanguard West London. They go above and beyond the call of duty and if it wasn't for Gerry, Kevin, Steve and Kelly, we would be in a world of trouble. They made the move so simple and hassle free I would recommend them to any one. The level of service between Vanguard and our previous provider is simply astonishing. Very pleased we made the move, no more "computer says no" from now on!

I kept my things in storage for four months, each month it was very easy and straightforward paying what I owed for the month to continue with the storage.When I moved in and what I moved out the guys were very helpful, they helped moved my things into the lockers and out so that I didn’t need to struggle with heavy lifting. The staff are incredibly helpful, the site is clean and secure, and it's easy and convenient for me to pop in to drop stuff off or retrieve stuff. It's a great way to add storage space to one's life without having to move home! Reasonably priced too, hence why I've been with them for years.

Best self storage service I've ever used. Mark and Pearl are super helpful on everything. They gave me a very patient tour about the place, helped me choose the right size for a unit, and told me all the options I have. Could not ask more. Highly recommend.

I picked the place based on the great reviews. Customer service is key and it does live up to the reviews. Very clean, very straight forward, carts available at all times. And the staff is very helpful, which is very convenient especially when being a woman and not all that strong. There is also a bus stop (if you don’t carry a big load) for the D7 , 277 and 135 right there. Very happy about my choice.

Best storage on the Isle! and beyond!Excellent service by all staff. Helpful, efficient and understanding. A pleasure to talk too. Lots of space, you can drive in. Easy access. Clean.Opening hours are great as well. They have trolleys which you can use and so on;)I have not seen better. I think we are using Vanguard for at least two years or more now, I'm there almost every day. Quite often twice a day.They always happy to see me. I have never seen an unhappy client there. Says a lot. Highly recommended!

Steve and Mark have always been so helpful. When we first arrived, Mark had been calling us to point us to the right direction with less traffic. Steve has been very accommodating since we were very tight on time for the first a few times accessing our storage. Price wise it has been the best I've seen in central London so far. Highly recommend!

Helpful staff, clean secure and practical location. Unfortunately the power went down on the day we had to move stuff out which made the first load considerably harder to remove, but staff worked very hard to get it back up and running asap. Would recommend this service overall.

I have been appreciated until I terminated the service after 10 years then it got slight strange with the refund process. The company did not produce the check for over 2 weeks and they would not transfer my refund money to my UK checking account. However, the staff are always polite and communicative.The building and the storage units are Very clean and secure no matter what. I was told they don't mob but thoroughly sweep each week. For 10 years, with the minimal open gaps. My stuff was not bared covered with much dust. And when I open my boxes and bags, everything was dry with no smell. I highly recommend this place.
