Been here for over 5 years. A superb service and friendly staff. The self storage is immaculate and well kept. I have a caravan on the caravan storage outdoor area it’s very roomy and easy to get in and out and also a unit in the indoor self storage. The security is the best around and the units are clean and dry with tools at had like pump trucks. Definitely highly recommend

Vanguard Self Storage in Swinton Manchester , if anybody is looking for somewhere to store there belongings in this area this must be the first place to come and visit , they have units to suit your needs big , medium or large . The staff here are very understanding if you come across and issues or problems . Mark is the most polite , friendliest , and easiest person to talk too and makes you feel welcome every time you come and visit your unit , I cannot speak highly enough about Mark it is not very often you come across somebody like this gentleman. I have had my unit here at Vanguard for almost 4 years now and last week I cleared out which Mark also helped me with because I was emptying alone ( which was something he didn’t have to do ) it was also a sad day to be leaving because the place is so welcoming , if anybody is looking for a storage unit in this area or even to travel to Swinton this is the place

Pick up made today was great despite our maze of a building to grab all the boxes. The guy was patient and accommodating. Only niggle really was it would have been nice to know prior when pick up would be as I got no reply to my email to advise. This is unusual on this occasion in fairness.

Really helpful staff who go above and beyond to assist, my daughter had to store the contents of her house between moves, the staff were friendly and polite at each visit, we then hired the man in a van service to move her into her new house and again they couldn’t have been more helpful- hired one man in a van and the other chap pitched in to help load it. Couldn’t recommend more - really reasonable price too.

I’d never used a self storage facility in the past but was caught needing it due to reasons out of my control at short notice. The team their were fantastic! Very clear in what they were telling me and allowing me to view and understand everything before I decided on the unit. My husband and I only used it for a short period but in that time all the stress was taken away simply from the level of service we received on site! The facilities are great and the drive in unloading areas were brilliant as when we moved in it was throwing it down! Thankyou so much I will highly reccomend your site to others.

I was not expecting the level of service as I just thought that you go got a locker and that's that but they have been excellent and operate a fantastic service.
