The existing 50,000 sq. ft. property on Norreys Drive will be transformed into a modern, 660-unit facility with 40,000 sq. ft. of lettable storage space. The finished site will include cutting-edge sustainability features, advanced security, and Vanguard’s signature customer service.

- A triple-height reception showcasing a restored de Havilland Vampire aircraft

- Industry-leading security: individually alarmed units, 24/7 CCTV, electronic access control, and staffed reception
